Volunteer requesting email with online volunteering video and test link to be resend

Once a volunteering applicant feels in the online form to apply for volunteering with us he should get an email with further details how to pass the online exam.

This email look like this:

Hello there,

May this message find you well and happy. Thanks for considering volunteering at Samma Karuna.

As next step on your application kindly follow this procedure:

1) Watch the following training video on YouTube: Training Video

Feel free to watch this video as many times its necessary for you to understand it and remember it properly.

2) Take the online test (minimum score of 80%). Do not click on the link until you fully understand the training video as you only have 2 chances to pass it.

Once you are ready click on the following link to be redirected to the online test: Take online test!

If you miss your first test, you may click again on the link once more to retake it.

Once we get the results of your test we will come back to you within 72hr. with an answer on regards your application.

Solution

In these cases please just send Template 12b to the volunteer.
