    1. How do you feel in your body, do you have any pain or injures?
    2. Are you on any medications?
    3. Do you have any addictions to drugs, alcohol or smoking?
    4. Are you able to feel energy in your body

Such as: Sadness, Anxiety, Anger, Guilt, Shame/Embarrassment..
    6. Do you feel comfortable giving and receiving expressions of love from other people, such as hugs and kisses?
    7. What about celebrating life? Walking up in the morning and saying Yes!
I have a healthy body, friends, family, shelter, food.. Would you like to work on that?
  5. Ask the student, from a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 are very easy activities inside your comfort zone and 5 are very intense activities outside your comfort zone. How much would you like to work during your staying?
  6. Follow mark the activities that you feel will be most beneficial for the students using the guidelines below. You may mark up to 7 days of activities.

  7. Explain the student that “these” are just suggested activities that we feel will work best but he/she is free to try any other activities as well.

  8. Invite the student to join you again for another meeting in 1 week time and schedule the time/date, save it in your phone’s calendar and inform the Welcome Center about it once the interview is finished.

  9. Let know the student that despite the interview in one week if a couple of days pass and he/she feels stuck somewhere, or something does not work or need to talk to someone should not hesitate to go to Welcome Center and request another interview with you. You two should be able to meet usually the same day and restructure the suggested schedule. Making a new plan of action.

  10. Re-ensure the student that the important factor is that he/she feel the program is working, and should not wait until the end of the week for the next interview if it’s not working.
  11. Ask the student if he/she has any questions, address them if any and finish the interview.
  12. Ask the student to pass by Welcome Center desk to schedule his next interview date/time. Welcome Center should schedule the interview on the interviews calendar and let you know about the upcoming commitment.

Guideline to suggest activities to a student

  1. Every question you asked is the point 4 is related to a group of activities. You can see which activities are in which group at the back of the calendar. Prioritize the selection of activities that are related to the groups that person should work more.

For example: If the student is currently having some issues with their body, this will be the first group “Strengthen the Body” you may suggest then Yoga Practice or OSHO Dynamic meditation or Aerial Yoga.

  • Always consider the level of effort the person is willing to give. Its not your job to decide that.
May be the student is not ready yet to work hard on himself and just want to enjoy some nice holidays and do some yoga and this is fine as well.
  • Consider the level of closeness and body contact the person feels comfortable and weather the student is willing to work on it or not.
  • Consider the energy of the person. Usually you won’t suggest a very Yang activity to someone naturally Yin predominant. For example, you may not suggest Osho Dynamic to a very feminine a delicate girl.
  • Consider injures and physical state of the student when choosing the activities.
  • Consider the over-all calmness of the mind of the student when choosing activities. You may avoid sending to Vipassana someone that has lots of thought or to Qi Kong to someone that cannot feel energy on their body.

Note: As a general good practice we encourage students to take Compassionate Sharing and Osho Dynamic at least for the first week of their staying. Community Meetings on Mondays should be recommended in all cases.

Osho dynamic is specially recommended if their body is fit enough and they have a very active mind or they might be repressing anger or sadness. You may explain to these student the 5 stages of Osho Dynamic during the interview and suggest them to watch the 4 insight videos at www.oshodynamic.com
