Student unable to attend to a teacher training course or a want to move his deposit to another date.

Answer:

  • If a student cannot attend a course the student is entitled to move his deposit without charge one time. After that every change will cost 75 euros.

  • In order to avoid another movement of his/her deposit encourage the student to contact you back closer to the dates of the next course. If the student accepts to leave his spot open, then move his/her details to the spreadsheet of open-dates of the course he/she booked.

Note: Students should be discoraged to automatically book for the next course as they keep doing this and then we dont really know how many people of have a course.
