Student requesting to change date of a deposit

Scenario: A student that has booked for a teacher training or intensive retreat at Samma Karuna (Yoga, Tantra or Breathwork) is contacting us to request the change of their deposit to another date

Resolution: Change date of a deposit has a cost of 75 Euros. In cases such when the student has suffer from a family lost or injure you may don’t charge the student.

You may inform to the student that changing date of a deposit is an exception that the school offers. However once a deposit has been moved from one date to another it will be no longer refundable on the event of travel restrictions.  

If the student agrees with these 2 requirements you may proceed to move their application by cutting and pasting their information from one course spreadsheet to the other and add a comment with the extra due amount of 75 Euros to it.

The deposit will be automatically deducted from his outstanding balance and noted in the spreadsheet as well as we will have to update his new balance in Bigin.
