Class description: This class is a guided meditation to facilitate the recognition of the observer or Atman by des-identification with the conceptual mind.
Learning Objectives: Student may recognize themselves as the in-manifested consciousness or nothingness or simply as a “No body”.
Notes: This class is suitable for experienced students only.
Description:
Students and teacher seat together in meditation posture whilst the teacher is guiding them through the meditation
Class Structure:
- Stage 1: Guide the students to visualize themselves as they have achieved everything they wanted to achieve and travel everywhere they wanted to go. Guiding them towards a place in the now where there is nothing to do and nowhere where to go.
- Stage 2: Guide the students towards a visualization where anyone that knows them well or for long-time is gone from this world (try to avoid the word “dead”.. just make them clear they are no longer here).
- Note: This visualization aims for the conceptual mind to lose up the grasp of the self as nobody in the outside can serve as a mirror of it.

- Stage 3: Invite the students to let themselves go into the feeling that arises when stage 1 and 2 are completed.
- Note: As the students start dis-identifying from the conceptual mind a sense of desolation might arise. This is where you want to guide them..
- Stage 4: Guide the students towards the activation of the heart consciousness and des-identification with the conceptual mind.
You may use sentences such us:
- Watch the present moment fresh as you never see before.
- Watch without adding the story of who you are or what is happening in your life to it.
- Look at everything as it has no name
- How the present moment looks if there is no past nor future?
- Stage 5: Guide the students towards the recognition of the in-manifested, the watcher
You may repeat one of the following sentences every 3 or 4 minutes of silence:
- If it feels powerful is not it
- I invite you to let go even the same perception of yourself.
- If it feels simple, that’s it.
- If it feels scary, that’s it.
- If it feels empty, that’s it.
