Audience: Stuff assigned at Samma Karuna’s Welcome Centre, Yoga Teachers and Special events teachers that apply to payment schema.

Description: This document describes the procedure to pay yoga teachers and facilitators for their classes.

Samma Karuna is an non-profitable organization created to help people to find happiness and liberate them from suffering. Our teachers and general staff are meant to work based on their motivation to help and their aspiration for a more loving and harmonious world. If your main motivation as a teacher comes from earning money probable you are in the wrong place.

Yoga class

  • As an incentive on their activity, teachers will get a donation from the school of 500 baht/class.  This is valid for both classes at 8:30am and 4:00pm independently of how many students attend.

Vipassana Meditation & OSHO Active Meditations

  • As an incentive on their activity, facilitators of all active meditation of OSHO, including OSHO Dynamic and facilitator of still meditations in the morning will get a donation of 200baht/class.

All other activities

  • Confirm with events manager before issuing payment.
