I received a payment notification from a student but I cant see the bookings details

Abstract: There has been an issue with the website where the confirmation email sent to the help desk after a booking is not being sent. However you still getting the payment confirmation from the customer.

Solution:


Login to the website and look at the bookings from there:

Go to: http://www.sammakaruna.org/wp-admin/

Login with username: bookings
Password: <Ask your manager>

Once inside the backend of the website on the left column click on the option: “Woocommerce” and then click “orders”
You will be displayed a list of all bookings.

Only the bookings with status “completed” have been paid.
