How to work with Samma Karuna Cloud storage (Google Drive) and repository

Abstract: The following document briefly describes the use and structure of Samma Karuna cloud storage at Google Drive and what is a repository.

What is it?

We use Google Drive as our could storage service. In Google drive you can find media files, personal files, backups and the folder where our repository is located.

The repository is the group of all the files that we all use as support for our work. In the repository you can find files such as forms, spreadsheets, documents, manuals, certificate templates that we need for work.

How to access our cloud storage

You can access our cloud storage by going to https://drive.google.com and login in with the email credentials you have been provided to access Gmail. The same username and password can be used to access our Google drive.

If you work on a desktop or notebook computer you may also would like to download the app called “Backup and Sync” from Google. This app allows you to download total or partially the content of our cloud server to your computer and work locally with every file without having to be connected to Internet. Files are automatically synchronized with the cloud when you connect again with to Internet.

Files Structure:

Follow are mentioned the most relevant folders on our cloud server Google Drive.

• Repository (Forms, contracts, etc): Inside this folder Samma Karuna repository is located.
  
  Location: Google Drive\Samma Karuna\Know how shared\Repository (form, contacts..etc)
  
  
• Tantra TTC: All files related to our Tantra Teacher Training course.
  Location: Google Drive\Samma Karuna\Tantra TTC
  
  
• Yoga TTC: All files related to our Yoga Teacher Training course.
  Location: Google Drive\Samma Karuna\Yoga TTC
  
  
• Web photos and logos:  Promotional material, pictures of the school and videos.

• Bookings: Here we keep information related to bookings such as the list of student currently staying on Campus and the bungalows planner, containing the bungalows availability throughout the year.
