Abstract: The following document guides how to use Zoho Bigin to understand which products a customer purchased, at which stage their TTC application is, and whether a student is entitled to a Lifetime Membership or not.

Guidelines to understand if a customer has Awakening & Healing Life Time Membership

THE RULES ARE

  • All customer bookings before 1st of July 2025, for Tantra Teacher Training, Breathwork Facilitator Training, or the Awakening & Healing program for 28 days are entitled to All Activities of the Awakening & Healing program for a lifetime.
  • However, customers who book Yoga Teacher Training (28-day course) before 1st of January 2024 are entitled to an AH Lifetime Membership.
  • Customers booking Yoga Teacher Training between January 2024 and July 2025 will only have access to Yoga Classes for free.
  • All Teacher Training Courses and Awakening & Healing customers booking after July 1st, 2025, do not have free access to the Awakening & Healing program.
