How to update the monthly promotions (Website & Paid Ads Facebook & Adwords)

Abstract: The following document details the policy of the school on regards of promotions and how to update them on the website and Facebook.

Promotions Tantra & Breathwork Teacher Training in Greece

The months the course run (April and November) there is no discount offered. Otherwise the discount should follow this table:

6 months before the next course starts	750 euros discount (350 for intensive)
5 months before the next course starts	650 euros discount (325 for intensive)
4 months before the next course starts	500 euros discount (250 for intensive)

2 months before the next course starts	350 euros discount (175 for intensive)
1 months before the next course starts	300 euros discount (150 for intensive) (change the promotion text from “early bird” to “last minute”)
About a week before the course starts	No discount for about a month

The months the course run (July and August) there is no discount offered. Otherwise the discount should follow this table:

Promotion for Yoga Teacher training courses

Offer a 250 euros disccount during months of Februrary, April, June, August and October.

Promotion should be valid till the end of the above mentioed months.

Biodevelopment teacher training does not include a monthly promotion and the price is fixed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Confirm all available training dates are updated. You may delete any past training date from the status section of the training page.

Updating Facebook

As well as the website the paid campaigns in Facebook have to be updated.

You may do this by yourself or ask our digital agency to do this for you.
To do it by yourself you should:

• Go to Ads Manager
• Click on the Ads tab
• Edit every advert by updating the promotion deadline and price (make sure you publish your changes).
