How to setup a mobile phone to check in students to an activity by scanning their QR code

Abstract: The following procedure explains how to setup a mobile phone to be used to scan confirmation QR codes of students in order to check them in to an activity or workshop.

This applies to all workshops organizaed at Samma Karuna Koh Phangan and to activities on donation and free activities such as free yoga, tantra and breathwork (teachers on internship).

  1. Download and install “Event Tickets Plus” app to the mobile phone you wish to use to do the check-ins.
  2. Open the app.
  3. The first time you open the app it will ask you to scan the QR code of our website.
  4. Scan the following QR code to finalize the setup of the phone:



    If the above does not work follow this alternative procedure:

    1. Welcome Center staff should then login to the website backend to finilize the setup.

2. Click on “Tickets” –> “Settings” (as shown above)

3. Click on the integrations tab and scan the QR code or scan the QR code below:

The the mobile app is ready to check in students for the activity.
