Samma Karuna

Abstract: Procedure to book a student for a private Yoga or Tantra class with Samma Karuna Teachers.

Audience: Welcome Centre Manager, Bookings Manager, Staff of Welcome Centre


Procedure:

  1. Ask to the student what kind of classes want to have and the availability.
  • Take the list of authorized teachers and contact her/him to check availability taking in consideration the student request (Samma Karuna/Know How Shared/ SK Private Classes Teacher List)
  • Once the class is confirmed, request full payment.
  • Separate the payment in the % assigned to the teacher and the % for Samma Karuna
  • Register the % assigned to Samma Karuna on the Welcome Center Cash flow as “Private Class Commission” also adding the name of the teacher involved.
  • Keep teacher % on Welcome Center safety box until the private class finish.
  • After the private class finish, give the donation to the teacher and ask to the student for a feedback
  • In case that student give a low feedback about the class, inform General Manager about it.
