How to re-issue a certificate or know if a student has been certified on a specific course

Abstract: The following KB article explains how to find out if a student has been certified on a specific course (such as Yoga TTC or Tantra TTC) and the procedure to re-issue it’s certificate if requested by the student.

Cost: Re-issuing a certificate has a cost of 1000 baht unless the student didn’t receive the original certificate or his name was misspelled. This does not include posting cost of the certificate.

Step 1) Confirm that the student has been certified.

Since December 2017 we register every certification on an Excel spreadsheet located at: <Google Drive>\Samma Karuna\Know how shared\Repository (form, contacts..etc)\Certificates , file name: “Official Certifications – Samma Karuna.xlsx”.

Ask the student the date of certification and look up by name and date to confirm the student has been certified.

Step 2)

Follow procedure “How to issue a school certificate” on the Knowledge base to re-issue the student’s certificate.

Note I: For YTTC Courses, lead teacher name will have to be changed to our current lead teacher.

Note II: Issue of certificates before December 2017 will require the school director approval.
