How to perform guest check out procedure
Abstract: The following KB explains how to carry out guest check out at Samma Karuna in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

- The member of staff needs to check the room when the guest comes to reception ready for the check out;
- If the room is ok, check if there are any outstanding balances under the guests’ name;
- Ask if a guest is happy with his/her stay and ask to complete the paper version of the feedback form. You can find the feedback form here
*If the rating given is 3 stars and below, encourage the customer to have a chat with the Manager by explaining him/her that it is important for us to understand what was not so good during their stay so we could improve and do better in the future.
*If the rating given is 4 stars and above and the guest has time, please ask him/her to write us a Google/TripAdvisor review by sending a link to a guest. You can find the links to each site below:
- Ask the guest if he/she needs anything else (for example link to So Ham meditation) or assistance getting to their next destination (taxi service, etc)
- Send an email to a guest asking for a review.
