How to assign an activity to a hall

Abstract: This document
describes the rules to follow in order to define which hall should be assigned
to which type of activity at the school.
Procedure:
- Awakening Hall: (capacity: up to 26 people for yoga, up to 40 people for dancing)
- For any activity with music or loud noise.
- For any activity that requires silence or intimacy.
- Suitable for yoga asanas only when the other halls are not available.
- Suitable for events with fire
- OSHO Hall (capacity: up to 24 people for yoga, up to 35 people for dancing)
- For any soft to medium level music (medium levels only when Awakening halls is not available, NO SUITABLE FOR SHOUTING OF ANY KIND OR SEXUAL NOISES).
- Suitable for Yoga asanas class
- Suitable for intimacy.
- No suitable for events with fire
- Buddha Hall (capacity: up to 35 people for yoga, up to 75 people for standing practices)
- Only suitable for very soft music
- Suitable for Yoga asanas.
- No suitable for events with fire.
- Atisha Hall (capacity: up to 28 people for yoga, up to 40 people for standing practices)
- Only suitable for very soft music
- Suitable for Yoga asanas.
- No suitable for events with fire.
Notes:
- Only Awakening hall is available for events with music after 8pm.
- All halls are suitable for still meditations.
