How pick-ups work in Koh Phangan and Ikaria

Audience: Welcome Center, Course coordinator and Bookings staff

Answer: Students are asked to fill in a form to let us know when and what time they want to be picked up. This form is available in our website inside the menu option “Contact us” as well as automatically sent by email to every customer booking with us.

The email skwelcomecenter@gmail.com will receive a notification email for every form submision.

You will receive an email with the subject “Your form, Let us know when you are coming, has new responses.”, you should click on the link “View Response” to see the details of the pick up.

Only Pick up points from Thongsala Pier or Ikaria Airport are allowed, without exceptions.

Pick up form has to be completed at least 24hs before arriving in order to organize the pick-up service accordingly.
