Abstract: The following document sets guidelines on the limits of unauthorised spending by members of staff at Samma Karuna in Koh Phangan.

Audience: WC staff

The following guide is to be used for urgent spending only. For any planned/non-urgent spending, please submit a request using Zoho forms. 

In case of an emergency or when it is needed to buy something urgently, members of staff are authorised to spend the following amounts WITHOUT authorisation in a month.

  • Bookings Manager: 2000 baht
  • Welcome Center staff: 1000 baht
  • Duty Manager: 30.000 bhat.
  • Volunteer Manager: 9000 baht.
  • All other roles: 0 baht

If the required amount is more than outlined above, please seek authorisation using Zoho forms or to your manager.
