How much should I charge to a student that postponed a course and now is requesting to move his deposit to another location from his original booking.

When a student wants to move his deposit to a course with a different location from his original booking, we will have to check the early bird price offered in the new location ( if any) for the date he notify to us of this decision.

If he is moving from Greece to Thailand with volunteering modality (and his type of course is entitled to a discount for volunteers) it’s not important the early bird price as the discount will be applied based on normal price of the course.
