Audience: SK Facilitators

Before class

  • Test sound and white noise machine.
  • Osho dynamic should only be facilitated at the Awakening Hall
  • Ensure safety of students by placing cushions around the columns and other dangerous areas
  • Ensure there is enough tissue paper and at least a bin to spit
  • Ensure there is a yoga mat and a blindfold available per student
  • Make sure you have a notebook or similar device with all music tracks
  • OSHO Dynamic should start strictly on time
    • Lock the door before starting (about 7:03am)

During class

  • Follow Samma Karuna’s facilitation guidelines during the class
  • Class intro should not be more than 7 minutes long (go straight to the instructions)
    • If all the students in your class have already being to OSHO Dynamic, provide some feedback to improve the performance of the previous day and skip the introduction of the meditation.
  • Mention all stages:

Stage 1:

  • Stand with your feet shoulders apart, knees relaxed and slightly bent
  • Keep your mouth close
  • Breath fast and deep through the nose
  • Emphasizing the exhalation
  • Avoid getting into any rhythm
  • Be total, allow the energy to build and build
  • It’s important to stay aware in to the breathing, to observe from the inside as everything is happening to somebody else.

Stage 2:

  • Allow all your feelings to come out
  • A little acting can help you to start
  • Whatever is there (angry, sadness, laughter, fear) just let them all come out through sound and body movements.
  • The feelings will keep changing if you stay open.
  • Don’t let your mind to interfere to what is happening
  • Be total and stay conscious, observing from inside
  • Channeling all your feelings into bodily expressions

Stage 3:

  • Keep your eyes closed, arms raised and jumping up and down shouting “Hoo!” as you land on the floor.
  • Keep your knees unlocked so you can hand on the flat of your feet.
  • Don’t hold back, totally exhaust yourself.
  • Remain aware of everything that is happening inside and outside of you.
    • Introduce the “bicycle alternative” to students that cannot jump on stage 3 due to an injury.

Stage 4:

  • The first 3 stages are a preparation for this stage
  • Freeze immediately when you hear “stop”
  • Remain as a statue, eyes closed without adjusting the body in any way or trying to control your breath.
  • Observing passively any body sensations, any thoughts and any feelings as well as anything happening outside of you.

Stage 5:

  • Once you finish the instructions spend a moment to provide feedback to that came to the previous day, tell them what you saw yesterday that was no so good and demo the right way to do it.
  • Ask if there are any questions
  • Play the sound tracks one straight after the other on loud volume
  • Ensure the white noise machine is running before stage 2 and switch it off before stage 4 starts
  • Switch off air-conditioning system and fans before stage 4 starts
  • Encourage students to work with totality by redirecting your voice towards them with helpful instructions during the first 3 to 4 minutes of the stages 1, 2, 3 and 5.
  • Instructions to students should always be given to the whole group even if they are actually meant for a particular student.
  • It’s not recommended that students lay down after the meditation, encourage people to leave the hall.
  • Stay in the hall, encourage students to come to you if they have any questions
