Guidelines to facilitate Biodevelopment class

Abstract: The following document describes the guidelines that Biodevelopment facilitators should follow when facilitating Biodevelopment class at the Awakening & Healing program. There are 4 or 8 classes per calendar that should be facilitated and the content and theme for every class is already set.

Only certified Biodevelopment teachers can facilitate Biodevelopment class.

Before the class

• Look at the Awakening & Healing calendar and identify the “element of the week”. This usally is Earth for the first week, water for second, fire for third and air for the forth week.
  
• Download the music for the class with that theme on the following link: <download music>.
  
  If there is only one class of BioDevelopment in the calendar for that week choose the first class by number.

• First week (Earth Week)
  • 1) Touch and bounderies (euthony of back)
  • 2) Biodev InnerChild (spooning) – Softer
    
    
• Second week (Water Week)
  • 3) BioDev on generosity (giving the flower)
  • 4b) BioDev Love through the eyes (carresing sitting agaist wall)
    
    
• Third week (Fire Week)
  • 5) BioDev Breaking though limitations (seed)
  • 6b) Biodev Love through the eyes (impermanence)

• Forth week (Air Week)
  • 7) BioDev (Heart Opening) C
  • 8b) BioDev Divine connection (shower of love)

• You may modify music track and exercises for the following stages
  • Initial circle
  • Walks 1 & 2
  • Games
  • Swinging circle
  • Final Circle
