Abstract: The following KB article details a series of good practices to sell the services and products provided by the school at the Welcome Center

- It’s more important to show love and appreciation to the students than trying to sell something
- Feel free to offer free class vouchers as a way to compensate a student for an issue to invite a student to get to know our program.
- A good morning and a friendly smile are precious
- Treating every customer with love and appreciation as they are really you very good friend.
- Timing is important, give some time to the student to feel comfortable at the Welcome Center but not too long as he will start feeling abandoned.

- Fee to upgrade for free a new yoga class student to a day pass to try our program
- Do not offer yoga drop-in classes (or any other drop-in class) but rather the Awakening & Healing program.
- Freel free to make a discount to a student when requested but ensuring first you explain to the student first the value of the program and you can make it as an exception only.
- You want to recognize and address the concerns of the students.
- After you understand what the student is looking for (by listening to the student first) offer 2 options, exceptionally 3.
