Customer requesting downgrade of accommodation

Abstract: You have customer requesting a downgrade of accoomodation for some reason.
Answer: Downgrades are allowed until the customer checks-in to the accommodation. If there is a problem with the accommodation we should find another option for the customer in the same type of accommodation or eventually offering a free upgrade if there is a problem with the room.
Once the customer has checked-in downgrades are not allowed and refunds are not given.
