Abstract: The following document describes the guidelines that Biodevelopment facilitators should follow when facilitating Biodevelopment class at the Awakening & Healing program. There are 8 classes per calendar that should be facilitated and the content and theme for every class is already set. Only certified Biodevelopment teachers can facilitate Biodevelopment class.
Before the class
- Look at the Awakening & Healing calendar and find out the theme of the class.
- The theme of every class are written in parenthesis on the calendar

Guidelines to facilitate
- You may modify music track and exercises for the
following stages
- Initial circle
- Walks 1 & 2
- Games
- Swinging circle
- Final Circle
