Description:

Please follow these steps when creating a reservation for TTC students using the TTC accommodation rate plan.

  1. Click Create Reservation in Cloudbeds.
  2. Select the guest’s stay dates.
    • The booking should be for a minimum of 28 nights and a maximum of 31 nights.
    • Example: Check-in 1 July and check-out 29 July = 28 nights.
  3. In the rate display options, click the dropdown for Choose Display.
  4. Select/tick Only Rate Plans and Packages.
  5. Look for the rate plan/package called:For TTC Student Accommodation only
  6. Select the correct room or bed for the student.
  7. Add the room to the reservation.
  8. Proceed with the booking and complete the reservation as usual.

Important: This TTC accommodation rate is for internal/manual bookings only. It should be used by the booking team when creating TTC student reservations in Cloudbeds.
